College Park

You can’t get any closer to Hartsfield -Jackson International Airport than the city of College Park. It’s proximity to Atlanta and all of the major interstates makes it an attractive place to call home. And to say “College Park is BOOMING” is an understatement. The city is preparing for a major new development called Six West“Six West”. It will include over three-million square feet of office space, six hotels, hundreds of residential units, some 548-million square feet of retail space and a senior living community. Six West will be located between Camp Creek Parkway, McDonald Avenue and Princeton Avenue.

College Park is also home to the nation’s largest independent school Woodruff Academy Woodruff Academy and the acclaimed public charter school, Main Street AcademyMain Street Academy. MSA is the only School wide Enrichment Model (SEM) public charter school in the Fulton County Schools (FCS).
